Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Policy

Aspiring Armadillo Studios, LLC
Effective Date: February 12, 2026

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Nod: Vouched Dating ("Nod," "we," "our") maintains a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and all forms of child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA). Nod is an adults-only platform restricted to users aged 18 and older. Any content, conduct, or communication that sexually exploits or endangers a minor is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate enforcement action.

2. Definitions

"Minor" means any person under the age of 18.

"CSAM" means any visual depiction—including photographs, videos, digital images, and computer- or AI-generated imagery—of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, or any content that is indistinguishable from such a depiction, as defined under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2256 and 1466A.

"CSEA" means child sexual exploitation and abuse, including but not limited to grooming, online enticement, sextortion, trafficking, and the sexualization of minors.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Nod:

  • Uploading, sharing, transmitting, soliciting, or possessing CSAM in any form, including AI-generated or digitally altered imagery.
  • Grooming, enticing, or soliciting minors for sexual purposes, including through messaging features.
  • Sharing links, references, or instructions directing others to CSAM hosted on external platforms.
  • Any sexualization of minors in text, images, or other content, whether real or fictional.
  • Creating, maintaining, or operating an account while under the age of 18.

4. Age Verification and Access Restrictions

Nod requires all users to confirm they are 18 or older during account registration. We employ age-gating measures in compliance with Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and applicable legal requirements, including New York's Child Data Protection Act (CDPA). Where we have reason to believe a user is under 18, we will immediately suspend the account, delete the user's personal data within 14 days as required by the CDPA, and file a CyberTipline report if any exploitation indicators are present.

5. Detection and Prevention

Nod employs a combination of technical measures and human review to detect and prevent CSAM and CSEA on our platform. These measures include:

  • Hash-matching technology to compare user-uploaded content against verified databases of known CSAM.
  • AI-based content classifiers for identifying potentially exploitative material.
  • In-app reporting tools enabling users to flag concerning content or behavior.
  • Internal review of flagged content by trained staff.

We continuously evaluate and update our detection capabilities in line with industry best practices and available technology.

6. Mandatory Reporting to NCMEC

In compliance with federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), as amended by the REPORT Act of 2024, Nod reports all instances of apparent CSAM and child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline as soon as reasonably possible after obtaining actual knowledge. Reports include all information required under federal law, including relevant visual depictions, user identification data, timestamps, and IP address information.

Nod is registered with NCMEC as an electronic service provider and maintains active CyberTipline reporting credentials.

7. Data Preservation

Upon submission of a CyberTipline report, Nod preserves all reported content, associated metadata, and contextual data ("commingled content") for a minimum of one (1) year, in accordance with the REPORT Act and consistent with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. Preserved data is stored securely in an isolated system with restricted access, and is made available to law enforcement upon valid legal process.

8. Enforcement and Consequences

When CSAM or CSEA is detected or reported, Nod will take the following actions:

  • Immediate removal of all violating content from the platform.
  • Permanent termination of the offending user's account, including bans on associated identifiers and devices where technically feasible.
  • Mandatory reporting to NCMEC via the CyberTipline.
  • Referral to law enforcement, including local, state, and federal authorities as appropriate.

Nod does not notify users prior to or during a CSAM investigation to avoid interference with law enforcement activities.

9. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Nod cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating child exploitation, including responding to valid subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants. We will provide all lawfully requested data in a timely manner. Nothing in this policy limits our ability to voluntarily disclose information to law enforcement when we believe a child is at imminent risk of harm.

10. User Reporting

If you encounter any content or behavior on Nod that you believe involves the sexual exploitation of a minor, please take the following steps:

  • In-App: Use Nod's built-in reporting feature to flag the content or user profile immediately.
  • NCMEC CyberTipline: File a report directly at www.missingkids.org/gethelpnow/cybertipline or call 1-800-THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678).
  • Law Enforcement: Contact your local law enforcement agency or the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) at www.ic3.gov.

11. Child Safety Point of Contact

Nod has designated a Child Safety Officer responsible for overseeing compliance with this policy, managing CyberTipline reporting, and coordinating with law enforcement. For inquiries related to child safety, contact:
