Aspiring Armadillo Studios operates Nod: Vouched Dating, a platform dedicated to facilitating authentic connections through verified user vouching. We are the data controller responsible for personal information collected through our Services.

Phone Number Lookup for Vouching
Nod allows users to search for and vouch for other registered users by entering their phone number. When you register for Nod, your phone number becomes searchable by other Nod users for the purpose of vouching. This means any registered Nod user can look up your profile by entering your phone number within the App. This feature is essential to the vouching system that makes Nod work, and by creating an account, you consent to your phone number being searchable in this way.
Important: Your phone number itself is never displayed to other users. The lookup feature only confirms whether a matching account exists and, if so, allows the searching user to view your profile for vouching purposes. We do not access, upload, or store your device's contact list.

We enforce this requirement through age restrictions set via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, as well as by collecting your date of birth during account registration and preventing account creation if your stated date of birth indicates you are under 18.
